What is the return policy?

Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost. We may require you to provide photographic evidence or return the incorrect item, depending on the situation. The replacement order will be processed and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
  • Returns for Refund: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than an incorrect or defective order, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.
  • Returns for Exchange: Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product and provide the necessary details. We will guide you through the process of placing a replacement order. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, and with any tags intact. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

Please note that personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

How long until I receive my order?

Our products are shipped from our Jonesboro, AR production facility. Most of our products ship within 5-10 business days via UPS or USPS with a tracking number. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships! After the order leaves our warehouse, it usually takes around 3 business days to arrive to you.

What is a collection closing sale?

Good question! Our goal at Tshirts.com is to provide our customers with unique and new designs. This means regularly updating our collections with new styles while removing old ones. When we do this, we will sometimes have "collection closing" sales where we close down one collection in order to make room for a new one. These sales generally involve large discounts on our current products, which will be removed from the store and no longer available once the sale is over. These products may or may not return to our store at some point in the future.

Can I replace a damaged/incorrect order?

Can I cancel my order?
